I
wanted to surprise my husband with outdoor lights for his birthday. I
was starting to get nervous after the first company I called never
returned my phone call for over a week. It was Saturday exactly one week
before my husband’s birthday that I started calling number after
number in the yellow pages to find out everyone was closed. I got to the
“C’s” and heard a cheerful "Hello". Rex Hood was on the
other end of my phone line and after rattling off what I wanted and how
I did not know how much this would cost and that I’m on a budget - he
gently said with all respect that he normally does not do this type of
lighting job and that I could purchase this at Home Depot. Then he said
he would do what ever I wanted him to do! Keeping
my budget in mind, Rex was at my house Monday morning and returned that
Thursday before my husband’s birthday for the installation. Rex did
exactly what he said he would do and when he would do it, which gave me
peace of mind that this guy is going to show up and not charge me more
than he quoted. The lights turned out to be exactly what I had
envisioned in my head and most of all…my husband loves them. Not only
did he love them, my picky husband is in sales himself and admired the
quality work and even said I got an all right deal. It
is amazing how lights can make your home feel a little more special and
little more loved. I thank Rex for making this happen in such a short
time and treating my small project as important as his big ones. Thank
